Where do I begin? Everything in this hotel is perfect. I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

Friendly and helpful staff - they were very cooperative when we complained about the room temperature. Good location - 6 mins walk from the metro and 15 mins walk to Big Ben.

Was upgraded, and lovely staff decorated room our room with flowers, towel origami and macaroons. We got a room with a big balcony with a view. Room service was quick and food quality was good and was not expensive.

Everything :) We actually loved everything about this place. The location is great - very close to two metro stations, a couple of bus stations (one exactly in front of the hotel) and still very quiet. Breakfast was very good and more than enough and the staff wad helpful and kind. And the room was squeaky clean :)
