The staff were welcoming, and the room was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was first class. We were extremely impressed with the Holiday Inn Express Perth.

Everything was great. We had a spacious room with everything needed including a kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast was amazing. Staff is polite and welcoming.

Very comfortable, lovely staff, great room and great meals

One of the most unique hotels in Perth, set in a 15th century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, reception area and Lounge Bar.

When we arrived and got our room the bed ran away across the room. We went to reception where Chloe tried to give us another room but when she checked it the bed did the same thing so she sorted another room and it was good. We then went out for dinner and when we got back the wife passed comment that she was warm and Chloe gave her a fan to take to the room. The breakfast was very good the area was clean and all the staff were pleasant.Very good place to stay will go again without any problem. Thanks to everyone .
