The hotel was wonderful, with the perfect location and facilities. We could use the swimming pool and sauna, really wonderful! Breakfast was available if chosen and there was a lot of variety of food from the buffet, but you could ask them even to cook something different!

fab staff , friendly and welcoming, place was clean , food was good hot , only thing I can say that let it down for a little was bathroom. towel rack behind toilet was rusty and so was lo brush , and no proper milk for tea . ie fresh

On arrival the gentleman who checked me in was absolutely amazing so friendly couldn't have been anymore helpful I've stayed quite a few hotels but without a doubt he made this arrival and check in perfect any questions he was only too willing to answer he breakfast was amazing beds really comfortable it was quiet clean and the girls who worked in the morning serving the breakfasts all were lush really nice ladies who were only too happy to help you with anything I'd 100% recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Plymouth
