We love the harbour hotel, it’s location and ease to get to, then the warm and pleasant welcome at reception to the friendly and attentive staff in the bar and restaurant. The rooms are always clean and have all amenities you need and feel cosy with the excellent bed and bedding, we ate at dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. We would definitely recommend to stay.

Richmond Park

London’s largest park has royal roots – it was founded as a 17th-century hunting ground for King Charles I. Today deer still roam Richmond Park’s woods and grasslands, which are criss-crossed with well-used bridleways, cycle paths and running trails. Head for its highest point, King Henry’s Mound, to gaze down the Thames Valley towards the gleaming dome of St Paul’s Cathedral.

One of the nicest hotel with a pool just in the outskirt of London that doesnt cost you £££ . The double room for 4 adults was spacious and it came with yummy coffee and there is free water. The toiletries smells nice! The pool is warm and very clean and doesnt have a strong chlorine smell. The amenities were complete. I fell in love with the place and its surrounding the Teddington Lock with the pub Angler with such beautiful place. It is also near Kew Gardens, Richmond park and Hampton court palace.

Very classy hotel interiors and very impressed with the renovation. Excellent breakfast selection. Walking distance to Richmond Park. All the staff were very helpful and very courteous. I love that in our room, the bath was near the bed. Penhaligon brand of soap was a very luxurious choice. There were was still a wedding party when we came back at night but the noise was not heard in our room. We slept really well which could be because there was air conditioning that kept the room cool during the hot bank holiday weekend.

A pleasantly old-fashioned pub/hotel, with welcoming, helpful staff. Great location, with view over Richmond Park. Plenty of parking. Good towels. Large bar and good choice of beers - although no non-alcohol Guinness, which is popular now

The location was great, walking distance of Hampton wick and Teddington train station, as well as Bushy Park and Richmond Park There is a pool, sauna and steam you can use - just be aware this is in a leisure centre type complex open to members etc and it’s a short walk from the main hotel building.

Staff were very friendly and flexible with arrival times. They also helped us book a taxi which was great and gave us a breakfast recommendation. It is a very cute little hotel with a lot of rooms packed in! Location was very convenient for Richmond train station and a little walk to Richmond Park. It was warm enough and the bed was comfy

Dinner was great albeit in an empty pub. Location of the pub / hotel was really incredible. Just up from the Thames and adjacent to Richmond Park - a short 10 minute walk along the river to Richmond. Perfect for a one night stay.
