Excellent location, near both the bus station and the city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was a good size, with a nice bathroom and a comfy bed and it was lovely and clean. Also, there was a very good choice for breakfast.

Excellent stay, everything brand new, very clean, really comfortable beds and lots extra little luxuries provided. Hosts very friendly and quick to help on phone with a couple of little things we weren’t sure about because all so new, and they have already sorted for the next visitors. Location very good for us on a very quiet side street in North Leeds, enabling us to pick up our son from Leeds station then set off early driving further north.
