    Great staff, easy check in, super comfortable room with luxurious bed linen and bath products. We were upgraded to a duplex suite. Car parking is very nearby and the hotel provides a discount code. Parking needs to be pre-booked. The location is great, right in the centre of the city, behind the shopping strip of Sauchiehall Street.

    Nice sitting area at front with books to borrow. Reception manned at all times. Attentive staff. Breakfast was good and staff doing their best but due to a big concert at Ovo Hydro too many wanted to eat at same time. We sat with coffee in lounge and waited till staff called us. Wasn't a problem. Convenient for Kelvinhall and Hunterston museums, Kelvin Park, Quay area: Govan stones, Science centre, Transport museum. Town a few minutes by bus along Argyll or Sauchiehall Street.

    My standard double room was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect, so close to Sauchiehall street. The staff were very friendly and got me a cab so I could quickly drop my stuff and make an appointment.
