We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Sneaton Castle. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Everything was well maintained. The attention to detail was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was first rate. Great chefs here. They even created a special birthday cake which was the best we have had period. I could not fault Sneaton Castle in any way.

The impressive facade leads you through an equally impressive courtyard to the reception/bar/restaurant. Generously sized room with a great bed & bathroom. Glad we booked there.

This charming family-run hotel has a great restaurant and a wonderful, peaceful location on Whitby’s West Cliff, near the seafront and within walking distance of the town centre.

We liked the service the staff provided us. Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, everything you needed. Choice of breakfast and evening dinners. Free car park across the road. Plenty of information provided. The bar, plenty of room in the hotel and comfortable.

Amazing location, very good breakfast and great staff! Super helpful.

Location was great and really nice breakfast in the mornings. We only used the room for sleeping and showering so can't complain.

Lovely room overlooking harbour. Comfy bed, Nice linen and good bathroom. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast great. Very close to start of 199 steps.
