Everything was great! Spacious room and bathroom. Bed size that fits up to 2m tall people! Free Nespresso coffee and tea selection in the room. Great toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion). The heated mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch :) Even though in the city center, and above a pub, it was super quiet and with the blackout curtains we had amazing sleep!

We only stayed 1 night but wished we stayed longer. The room was clean and spacious! The staff were wonderful! I told the hotel before we arrived that it was my birthday during the stay and they made our stay so special. They decorated the room with balloons and happy birthday signs and also left us drinks and snacks to enjoy. It was very sweet and looked like they had put in a lot of effort!

    Excellent interest. (Tick off the bucket list!)

    Excellent interest. (Tick off the bucket list!) 1) Book in advance and avoid Monday. 2) Use a full day and see the Brunell Museum too. 3) Parking is a problem: you need lots of coins, or the Ringo app. We had no coins and I couldn't make the app work. The museum staff kindly gave us some coins; and the museum policy refunded parking to a card! (How silly is that?) So Bristol County: grow some sense and enable use of cards. 4) Try to avoid the tangled junction at the west end of the harbour (we lost our lane three times).

    We were very well received, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and the positioning of this hotel helped us access easily (within 45minutes walking distance) SS Great Britain which we were set to visit. Being also positioned near the park, we had a wonderful view but also had the nearby option for a quick walk everytime we wanted one.
