the room was so so spacious and nice, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, we had robes, hairdryer, great airconditioning, etc. the breakfast was phenomenal, so yummy, great service, lots of choices and even on the busy hours (between 9-10 am), -we still got seated very quickly and it wasn't too loud even though it was busy. the location was great for the reason we were there, which was attending a concert at the o2, a little far from the centre of london but there is an underground in about a 5 minute walk which was very nice! the staff was also so so very nice!! amazing service from the moment we arriced till the moment we left, everyone was so nice and they even brought the luggage to our room for us! we will definitely be staying there again!!

If you're planning a stay in London, stay here, it's amazing. I've stayed in many places around the capital, and I had a better time here than in any other hotel. The owner was very helpful upon checking in and made sure we got there without issue and once we arrived, I was blown away by the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with quality mattress, pillows and sheets, while the room had everything you might need, and then some. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen/ lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as all the kitchen appliances you might need if you prefer to cook for yourself. There are also a couple of washing machines/ dryers for laundry. I found this to be excellent value for money and the next time I'm in London, this is the only place I'll consider staying at. If I could score it higher than 10, I would. Well done to the owners and management who have obviously put a lot of care, effort and love into this place. It's a fairly new venture, offers something a little different, and I love it.

the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever sleep on, the room was super clean, the shower was lovely too! we were attending ABBA voyage which is one stop away on the DLR was perfect location for us.

Amazing, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a big walk-in shower, tea and coffee facilities which is always welcome. Lovely staff at the reception desk and by the entrance. Didn't get a chance to check the hotel lounge and bar but maybe next time. Just right at the busy station/shopping centre with a lot of great street food vans around, despite this the room was very quiet. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Friendly and welcoming staff, we came from Lithuania and it was nice to see that there are girls from our country working there. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious. I came for the Billie Eilish concert, the hotel is conveniently located near the O2 Arena

We didnt have the full breakfast but we had a bacon roll and sausage roll and tea and it was very nice. The staff were excellent and very happy and helpful.
