Very well maintained facilities. We used the pool and sauna daily. The room was immaculate and the view was to die for. The location, close to borough market and London bridge station, was also wonderful. I especially enjoyed their WhatsApp concierge. You can ask for help anytime with a text message and all can be arranged for you.

Everything :) We actually loved everything about this place. The location is great - very close to two metro stations, a couple of bus stations (one exactly in front of the hotel) and still very quiet. Breakfast was very good and more than enough and the staff wad helpful and kind. And the room was squeaky clean :)

Tower Bridge

Tower Bridge is one of the world’s most iconic bridges and an enduring symbol of London. Identifiable by its two towers, this enormous drawbridge took eight years to build and has been in continuous use since 1894. The main entrance of Tower Bridge Exhibition is located at the North West Tower, where visitors can learn more about its construction.

Take the iconic stroll across the bridge, have a look at the muddy, historic Thames from Mid Span and check out the plaques naming some of the many people who worked on the bridge over the century. It is a pretty easy stroll with a chance to ponder who else has crossed that bridge.

I didn't see the inside of the Bride, but I could've stayed there for hours, just looking at the Bridge. It is an impressive sight. Crossing the bridge and seeing it open while being there was one of the highlights of my trip.

The Tower Bridge is a sight to behold, but tours are very expensive and not very well publicised. We'd heard a lot about catacombs, but couldn't find anyone who knew much about where to find them or whether there were any tours available.

    Great!

Great! You can take the number 15 bus from Trafalgar Square and then walk the bridge and the plaza below. Lots of food and drink options on the plaza below Tower Bridge. We saw some live music there too.

The location was great. Close to London Tower and London Tower Bridge. We also walked to the Tate museum. Other major attractions might require a tube ride but we were happy walking 15 or 20 minutes to get places. Fish and chip takeout nearby. Nice coffee shop for breakfast and great (though expensive) restaurants near the river Thames.

    1. The location - excellent walking distance to key attractions in the South end, including morning walks to the Tower Bridge 2. The breakfast - lovely buffet selections for continental breakfast, baked goods and cold cuts. 3. The room was well-prepared with adequate toiletries and toilet paper. 4. The opportunity to use their luggage room even after checking out for some last-minute visits before going home.

Loved everything about this place. Wonderful staff at every level, beautiful and comfortable place too. The area is excellent with a lot of good restaurants, pubs and services within 5-7 minute walk. Pimlico Station is close, easily walkable, and bus stop around the corner. I walked to Hyde Park, London Tower Bridge and theaters too but those are 45 minute walks. Very friendly and likeable staff and wonderful housekeeping. Quiet and relaxing spot.

The location is not near the places where we went so we caught up in the traffic especially in the tower bridge area most of the time. We spent so much on Uber because the nearest train stations to the hotel takes 15-20 minutes walk and considering my age and health condition it has been difficult.

The view, the location and comfort. We did not spend that much time in the apartment, too busy site seeing, but it met all our needs and we felt at home. It was exciting to be so close to the Thames, Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Tower of London and Bourgh Markets. Easy walk to the Tube and access to a good line to take you to where you want to be.
