The staff is cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is well situated, within walking distance to all the sights such as the Swan Theatre, Holy Trinity Church and Shakespeare’s birthplace as well as shopping and restaurants. It has historical charm with all the modern conveniences. We’ve stayed here twice and would definitely stay here again.

Leti gave us an extremely warm and efficient welcome on arrival. The Polo Club Hotel was a wonderful surprise and gave us everything we had hoped for our one night stay. After a long day we opted to stay local for dinner so we decided to have dinner at the Millstone Hare, the on-site traditional pub. The bedrooms were very spacious and had everything we needed, including balcony views.... we even got to enjoy watching some Polo ponies in training - a real treat! Before enjoying the fantastic breakfast, a few of the group wanted to go for an early run, and they were able to get a few K's clocked without even leaving the grounds. We will be back!

I stayed at the hotel for one night while travelling to Coventry with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a lovely view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Cogs Bar & Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coventry.

    Amazing, so much to do.

    Amazing, so much to do. Children loved the Zog shows,playground and Meet and Greet. The great Jousting show on a very hot day, well done horses and actors. All included in the admission. Need another visit.

    Fabulous for all the family.

    Fabulous for all the family. The shows are spectacular, all the staff are helpful and friendly, the castle itself is of huge historical interest. Food and drink is of course expensive, so safe yourself some money and time queuing, take a picnic.

    Great location to the town and Warwick castle, there were only a few spaces but we got a car park space. Worth a look around the hotel as there's lots of space and places to sit. Nice in reception for Warwicks oldest hotel with some bits of history. Breakfast was good for what we got. The restaurant food was beautiful and was so nice the kids ate for free as it was the holidays.

    When I booked was advised the hotel was 14 minutes walking distance from Warwick Castle. It wasn't. No buses nearby. Had to get a taxi every time I wanted to go somewhere or get back at £15 a time very expensive and disappointing

    The owner is really good at communicating. He answered any questions I had straight the way. The apartment is in a gated estate, so it's really secure. It's a 10 minute walk into the centre, and you pass 4 pubs on the way :-). It also has a full-sized Sainsbury's a 5 minute walk away, which was handy for supplies. The apartment is in close proximity to the centre, pubs, shopping and Warwick Castle.

    A lovely pub with hotel facilities, they also have a restaurant available which the food smelled really good however we only stayed one night so we didn’t try it out as we wanted to explore! Rooms was all very clean and tidy, comfy beds! Only a short 5 minute walk to the centre and 10/15 to Warwick castle! Lots of things to do on the doorstep!

    This is a busy town centre hotel which we wanted. The bar and restaurant were busy all day and night. The staff were all young and enthusiastic. The evening meal was very good as was the cooked breakfast. The room was nice and quirky. The location was right in the main square and a short walk to Warwick castle. Live acoustic music on the evening too. There are only four car park spaces so we parked opposite for £8. 10/10

    Quaint pub/hotel within close proximity to Warwick town centre & Warwick Castle. Parking nearby and free with permit from the hotel. Breakfast choice excellent and cooked breakfast was top notch with delicious eggs, bacon and sausage. Home made granola very good too. We had a meal in the restaurant during our stay and it was extremely tasty and again all freshly prepared.
