Location is a footstep away from the Lambeth North tube station, really ideal. Quiet neighborhood, with an extremely nice staff, committed to making our stay memorable. We stayed with children, so the pool is obviously a huge, huge asset in rainy days. Oh and the gym is amazing, really above hotel standards - nice.

very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, we were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and we had lots of room in a two bed/two bath apartment. Very convenient, less than 5 mins walk from Aldgate East tube station and 20 min walk from Liverpool St tube/train station, within walking distance of Tower Bridge/Tower of London etc (approx 20 mins). Close to supermarket (Tesco Express), cafes and restaurants.

Location was nice. Very easy to get to a great part of the city. Evening time still felt safe, more of a working class community. Nice park close by also local market. 10 min walk to closest tube station. Very affordable for London and two adults, 3 kids ages 11-5 enjoyed the property. The AC in main bedroom worked great, no ac in rest of the apartment and got warm. All in all I would still stay here again!

Hotel was quiet, great area for walking, felt safe, suitable for a bit of work and comfortable bed for sleep. 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile access to bus, train, and tube stations.

The hotel's location is excellent; our room had stunning views of St. Paul's Cathedral. It's close to many iconic London sights and within walking distance of at least two tube stations. I appreciate that the area is generally quieter; while there are pubs and restaurants nearby, it doesn't get overly busy at night.

A small but immaculate apartment in a busy part of London. It has excellent bathroom facilities and is very well sound-proofed. A nice deck provides added living space. Good transport connections are very close ( Tottenham Court Road tube station)

Lovely hotel, easy to find from Tower Hill tube station. Very open, modern stylish decor.
A spacious room with very comfortable beds and it was very quiet!
There are plenty of restaurants and bars around and a good area of London to be in, next to the Tower of London in the old city. A very nice leisure suite.
The staff were very attentive.

The amenities in the apartment. All the kitchen appliances and other arrangements were thoughtfully done. Washing machine & dishwasher pods & all the required items were available. Cleanliness was excellent although outside the apartment, it required a little more attention. The location was excellent, walking distance from Gloucester Tube station, Natural History Museum & Imperial College London.

London hotels can be hit and miss in terms of size and quality. This was a very pleasant surprise with more space than I was expecting and in good condition. Location was great with convenient access to the High st, midway between two tube stations and a short walk to the Thames and associated pubs.
