The room views were really surprising and breathtaking, you could see so much of London from there, in the day and night. The breakfast options were really varied and outstanding, and the location could hardly be better, since our plan was to stay inside and around Hyde Park for most of it.

Simply lovely. I only picked it due to proximity to the swimming ponds so arrived with no expectations. I had a warm welcome from Joe and was made to feel very much at home from the outset. The food and service in the bar were superb. Nice touches such as the homemade cookies, fresh milk in the mini bar and premium toiletries left me feeling incredibly spoilt. I was also amazed how quiet it was - it really didn’t feel like London! Looking forward to retuning and staying a bit longer next time.
