Room was exceptional, big, clean and nice. Location of the hotel is very good, building is beautiful, and lobby is luxurious. Breakfest is delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the girl on the reception, Maria. We had a wonderful stay.

The room was beautiful and clean. Lovely personal care products. Comfortable bed. Location was excellent for us. Just inside old town walls. Nice cafe/bar across from the hotel. A bit tricky figuring out how to get to parking because the street Google Maps wanted to send us down was blocked by restaurant sidewalk sign but once we figured it out it was no problem and close enough to the hotel to manage with luggage. The person at the front desk, which is manned from around 9am to 4pm, was very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in while visiting Greece.

    We stayed in IALNA for 3 days and had a great time. The welcome from Violeta was excellent and also the assistance during the stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet, as it is inside the area of ​​the Castle of Ioannina, right in the center and very close to the beautiful lake. Very good bed to rest and abundant breakfast with fresh and good quality products. Ioannina is very beautiful and rich in history and it is worth visiting!

    Very picturesque hotel, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel resides inside the castle of Ioannina, just a couple of minutes away from all the major attractions. The rooms and the atrium garden (where the breakfast is served) are quite beautiful

    Tastefully and beautifully designed boutique guest house in the unique village inside the castle of Ioannina. The two brothers George and Marius manage the property (newly built next to their family home) with love that can only come from authenticity and a passion for hospitality. They went out of their way to make suggestions for our stay and even offered to pick up local sweets from an out of the way specialty shop for us to bring back home for a Greek friend. Our stay was perfect.
