We spent three nights at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel, and we could not fault it. The room was exceptionally spacious and well designed, with two wash basins and a separate shower recess and toilet. The bed was big and very comfortable. We had a balcony with a pleasant view, and the room was spotlessly clean.The staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful.The location was excellent and we just walked a short distance to the harbour. It is in a very quiet area. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Blue Lagoon!

The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

This hotel was great! The personnel was great, they always had a smile and made us feel welcome. We received a small welcome gift. The food at the restaurant was always amazing and the breakfast included was delicious! The rooms were really comfortable and had great small details like bathrobes and sleepers. Our stay was amazing!

Just WOW! The hotel is the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed in. The interior en the architecture are just out of this world. This is paradise... The staff is very lovely and kind, they would do everything for their guests. Rooms are beautiful! No noises, a lot of details, nice showergels, ... The breakfast was perfection; a lot of choice, and such a nice view over the pool. Thank you Theros staff! We are really happy guests!

    Very attractive area full of all manner of ships and heaving...

    Very attractive area full of all manner of ships and heaving with visitors throughout the day and evening. Sadly its a nightmare to park anywhere in the area as designated parking in the town is almost non existent and drivers need to be aware of the multitude of cyclists , many of them tourists that are everywhere.

    From check in to check out everything was perfect. The apartment is very close to Kos port and there is a great selection of restaurants around. Everything that you need is at the apartment and we had a cleaning done halfway through our stay. Petros the host was amazing during our stay. Gave us some recommendations for what we can do on the island and on our last day he offered to drive us to the port to take our ferry. Highly recommend this place to anyone that's visiting Kos.
