The hotel arranged our airport pickup and dropoff as well as a private guide for the sunrise Tikal tour. The gentleman at the front desk was also the restaurant waiter. The setting is beautiful and the Hostal is located on the same premises with the hotel - you can use the same pool and restaurant. The Hostal has shared bathrooms and showers and they were always kept clean.
