The room was well-cleaned, all staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly and efficiency. Front desk agent also upgraded my room to river view, it was exceptional! I haven't stayed at Courtyard Shatin by Marriott for long since it acted as quarantine hotel. I am glad to stay there again!

Clean and smells lovely! Connected to the mall which was good.

We loved the warm pool and its direct connection/link to Moko mall. Also close to Mongkok night market.

The room was very large, and the location is excellent, near shopping and the MTR. The best part was the executive floor offering breakfast, high tea, and happy hour. The bar is very nice. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looks fabulous. The artwork throughout the hotel is incredible.
