We stayed in the west wing and it was everything we asked for. The price includes the entrance fee to the thermal baths next door but not the sauna. We paid 3200 forint per person per day for the extra sauna. I asked the hotel to put in a kettle and 2 mugs in the room for us and they had it ready for us at check in. We are very grateful for that. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is nice and there was daily housekeeping with fresh towels.

We had spa treatments everyday while we stayed at the hotel, and it was amazing. The masseurs, Veronika, Laszlo and Balazs, were outstanding, so professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. I would like to mention the housekeeper, Ibolya, who went out of her way with any request we had. She is truly fantastic!!!

Lovely place with great staff and reasonable prices. The restaurant offerings are also delicious. Everything is super clean and comfy, parking is great, WiFi is reliable and fast. You're not gonna regret choosing them. Go for it.

The hotel was clean, linens were clean and crisp, and the heater worked well during the cold spell.
