Gellért Thermal Baths
When the Ottomans found earthy minerals in the thermal waters here, they named the area 'Muddy Bath'. Those magic ingredients still remain, though the bathhouse has scrubbed up well since. The entrance hall’s Art Nouveau domed ceiling and stained-glass windows might make you swoon before you even get near the saunas, hot tubs and plunge pools.
