The location is excellent -you can walk most places. The staff were exceptional- including the concierge, who were so helpful and nice. The hotel is very relaxed- there are lots of places to sit and meet and the breakfast was first class- very nice and a huge amount of choice.

Excellent breakfast menu, the staff were very nice to bring us everything we wanted! The room was not very big, but the interior was very nice and well designed. Overall, was very happy with everything.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staffs. I asked for airport shuttle services and they provide it in a very reasonable price even better than the price rider apps provide. Room is spacious with great design. Breakfast is good with different buffet each day. Also I extended my stay for 1 more night, which took the receptionist less than minute to do it. Location is very good everything steps away. In the end I really enjoyed my and definitely will be the place I stay whenever coming back to Budapest.
