Superb museum in lovely grounds and entry includes a free coffee. A lovely mix of traditional and modern Balinese art with some stunning works. The large painting of rice fields is the most exciting art work we have seen in ages. N.B. The museum also has a large gallery 5 minutes away by Grab taxi. Or it is a few minutes walk from the Paliatan Royal Palace, which you could visit on the same day. The gallery is much bigger than it looks from the road with five or six rooms. This place is unique.
This place is unique. Incredible pieces of art (paintings and pictures) shown in a garden where everything else look superfluous. The owner is a gentlemen that made me feeling as a favourite guest of his ancient family. A must to do in UbudGuest review byCorto bareseItaly
