The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was very good; in front of the beach with free sunbeds for guests. It was right in front of the place where you could do snorkeling and very close to the place where you could swim with the turtles. The breakfast and the lunch were delicious! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We are very satisfied and we would come back again.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were attentive and kind. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, the shower was also very good. The meals served in the hotel's restaurant were very good.

Perfect location: only a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes by bike (each room comes with 2 complimentary bikes!) to all the bars and clubs. Delicious food at great prices, with excellent fresh fruit juices every day. Exceptional service, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.     You no longer have to get your feet wet when getting off the boat. That's nice. Just be prepared to pay a small island tax/admission fee at the counter upon arrival. Save the ticket stub if you plan on coming and going from the island during your stay here.

    Really nice and cozy hotel near the Gili Trawangan Harbour. You can easily walk to the hotel with your luggage. The rooms are clean with strong/hot shower. There is a small but nice pool with comfy sunbeds. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Special thanks to Peter for al your help and information! Even when we left, he still helped us a lot with great tips. Keep up the good work😃
