The service was excellent, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help.
The room was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy — everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights was the stunning view of the lake and mountains right from the window, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
I would gladly come back again and definitely recommend this place to my friends!

SingaporeExact to the images shown, beautiful room and hot spring pool. Staff were very responsive and friendly on messaging, accommodated to our request for extra bed. Clean and comfortable. Staff onsite was very friendly and provided us with hot drinking water even though it was quite late when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty too. They also helped to arrange affordable sunrise jeep tour.

Lovely area but very touristy and noisy with some venues in Songan blasting party music in the evening. Finding location away from the lake is advisable if you are not into parties and clubbing. The temple at the lake, Pura Segara Ulun Danu Batur is worth a visit. If you bring and offering the priest will open the gates and you can enter it for a prayer.Guest review byMarliesAustralia - 2.0
