Absolutely amazing place. A little slice of heaven in the madness that is Kuta 😂 The villa is gorgeous and very private. I already miss the bed and shower - they were perfection. The pool is magical and we loved everything about this stay. Breakfast was delivered every morning and we felt like royalty.

The location was amazing, on a side street from the busy main road and surprisingly quiet and safe area. The roads are narrow in general without sidewalk so just be aware of cars and scooters. The staff was incredibly available 24/7 and helpful, looking up questions and offering ideas, and letting me know when they weren't sure. They even responded quickly over Whatsapp before I arrived when I had some questions. I didn't try the restaurant but it looked good! I loved their environmental focus - with glass refillable water bottles in the room. They have a minifridge and shower and a smart TV to connect Netflix etc if wanted.

We stayed here with our 2 sons aged 23 and 17. We had a deluxe suite with spa bath interconnecting with a deluxe twin room. The set up of this was great for us, heaps of room and of course two bathrooms. The deluxe suite is very large and the bathroom is wonderfully set out. There is a balcony off the bathroom and one off the lounge area. The rooms were very relaxing. The deluxe twin room also has a balcony. Heaps of storage in the room you could definitely stay here for a length of time and be very comfortable. The beds were super comfy too. We were on the 4th floor. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms daily and replenished bathroom supplies. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a daily buffet. Great selection with egg station. There are 2 swimming pools both with swim up bars which was very nice. Excellent cocktails 2 for 1 all day. Our boys used the gym and they said it was good. The hotel is just across the road from the beach which was nice for a few drinks watching the sunset. Great location in Legian close to many restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, massage/spa. On the last day we had a few hours from the time of check out to being collected to head to the airport. We put our bags into the hotels luggage holding area, then we lounged around the pool. We ate around the pool and the food was very nice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. We would happily return here for another stay.

Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.

    Kuta I is a disgusting hole...

    Kuta I is a disgusting hole...Full of drunken arseholes, filthy garbage covered ‘beach’, scammers and rip-off artists everywhere; lying seems to be this place’s stock-in-trade Everything that is wrong with mass-market tourism is epitomized by this sewer... I WILL NEVER RETURN and would warn anyone with personal standards and common sense to avoid it all all costs!!

    Pity Lippo mall doesn't have Mathahari & some others, but...

    Pity Lippo mall doesn't have Mathahari & some others, but adequate for a few restaurants. Primo was good to pick up a few food items such as fresh fruit. Also night time outdoor restaurants were very good. In addition, most bands played good music
