Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Funny thing is that on breakfast there was no knife anywhere and staff had to bring it to the table on request. Best thing here are the staff which was very friendly and helpful to organize tour to Bromo and Tumpak waterfall. We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights.

    The room was simple and clean. The on-site staff spoke some English and were pleasant. The person who communicated with us via Booking spoke fluent English and was very helpful in arranging our transport, as well as a superb tour of Mount Bromo, away from the tourist crowds. This visit will remain one of our best memories in Indonesia.

    The location is incredible. Stepping out your room you have the full scenary of the caldera and Mount Bromo. The room is basic but good: good beds, 's warm shower, towels. Bring your own beds heet or sarong. Cheap breakfast in the warung closeby, more expensive breakfast in the hotel 100 meters further down the road (Rp 75,000). Pak Cahyo responds well and quickly to Booking messages and is supportive in providing suggestions for getting around the Bromo area.

    Good selection of breakfast buffet with a change in the type of rice and noodles for every day that we stayed there. The facilities were of good condition and sufficient for our use during the stay at Bromo. Location was superb and the view of Mount Bromo from the hotel was awesome! 10/10 would stay at Bromo Permai 1 again!
