The continental breakfast was very nice. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. It was in a safe location and I had a jacuzzi bathtub. It was pricey as I went on a weekend when there was a large concert in Dublin all hotels throughout the city were overpriced due to the concert. I was told that the rates are typically more reasonable when there is not a large concert. I would definitely stay at this location again. It is good for solo travelers and family.

We arrived at the hotel both a bit under the weather, so we were mainly confined to the room without seeing much of Dublin unfortunately. The entire staff was super helpful and saw to our every need - sending tea and honey to our room. Specifically, Darren was an absolute gem who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept and has amazing gardens so there's green wherever you look. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location of the hotel is super central so even when we did get a chance to leave the room for a bit we were right on St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street on the other side of the park.
