It was a delightful treat, and the accompanying birthday card added a warm, personal touch that left a lasting impression. What made this experience truly exceptional was the manager's genuine effort to ensure that my birthday was celebrated in a way that surpassed my expectations. We liked it all! First we were not sure: it was rated two -star and our first hotel which was next to it was rated four and we didn't like it too much. We started with breakfasts: they started there an hour earlier than at our hotel and the service was superb! Than we moved in and were not disappointed. The same ocean view, very clean and cosy room, the friendliest staff we ever met, like family, good food...
