Was looking forward to visit but was shocked to see the use of elephants and camels used for entertainment so had to leave as it was too upsetting to see ,to make it worse it was right in the middle severe weather warnings. It was a delightful experience. Vikram and his family are amazing hosts, on the day I arrived, it was really sunny outside and I hadn’t had my lunch yet, Vikram offered to have his team serve lunch and the loveliest home-cooked meal. The hotel is located off centre, so it's fairly quiet both during the day and at night (unless the dogs street are barking). It's about a 20 minute walk to Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and about 25 minutes to other major landmarks like the City Palace and Jantar Mantar observatory.
