From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, Waking up to the panoramic views of the water was truly a treat. Dining at their restaurants especially Malabar cafe was another highlight; the food was outstanding, with a variety of options Whether it's for relaxation or exploration, Grand Hyatt Kochi is the ideal destination. It’s a property that sets the gold standard for hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Kochi.

Great place in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. We couldn't manage as well as we did without his advice. We recommend Reach Inn if you stay in Kochi.
