The staff are all exceptionall, so polite and friendly. The hotel is immaculate everywhere. Good size rooms, with everything that you need. Nice rooftop pool. The breakfast is one of the best we have had. Loads of choice and good service. They organised a driver for the day for us. The best way to see Mumbai. Everything, high standard decor colourful and classy. The rooms are of good size, staff are extremely attentive. The food was a taste sensation experience and coming from New Zealand very affordable to be eating at 5 star level. Even the music played at breakfast and dinner was very tasteful.
