The location was excellent, on an island, away from the busyness, right by the backwaters The bed and pillows were so comfy and feather like. The view from the room was spectacular facing the waters. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a beautiful bath tub. I loved the breakfast with authentic Kerala food as well as great choice of European food. The club lounge was useful - fantastic choice of finger food ( a bit low on vegetarian options) and alcohol beverages. The check in was so quick even though I arrived at 9am. Everything was really superb.

I would like to express my high satisfaction with the accommodation at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff very helpful and the service excellent. The hotel provided a pleasant environment which contributed to comfort and satisfaction throughout the stay. Excellent Indian cuisine and a wide variety of meals. The Hotel had a very good location sunce it was in the jewish quartet near to many shops and restaurants and also it was easy to reach Fort Kochin since with a tul tul it was 10 minutes. The rooms were very good and extremely clean and the people in the reception were very professional and helpful providing us with all the necessary info on attractions and restaurants. An extremely good stay
