The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made sure we had a perfect stay. The service was remarkable. The room is comfortable and with a stunning view over the Mumbai skyline. Also the breakfast was exceptional!

We enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful and there appeared to be a great team spirit. We especially appreciated the staff in the lounge, on the concierge desk and the housekeeping crew.

Everything from Welcome Staff 🙏 to Room Views , BF , Service , Xmas Decor 🎄 and Swimming Pool and Conceirge and Room Service Staff was extra caring by leaving Shaving Gel , Face Cleanser and Book Mark in our room which all we had missed at home . So very etra thoughtful of them as we were shy asking room service about it .

Service Efficiency: Understanding the importance of my business meeting the next day, the team went above and beyond. They made sure my shirt was immaculately cleaned and ironed, ensuring I was prepared and on time. To my surprise and appreciation, the service was complimentary, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. 4. Personal Touches: One of the most heartwarming aspects of my stay were the handwritten notes I found in my room. These personal gestures from various team members created a connection that is rare to find in the hospitality industry. 5. Dining Experience: The culinary journey at the Four Seasons was nothing short of magnificent. From enjoying an unparalleled view at AER Skybar to the culinary delights at San:Qi, my palate was in heaven. The team at San:Qi deserves special mention. They made me feel like more than just a guest, greeting me by my first name from my second visit onwards, reinforcing the feeling of being amongst friends. 6. Final Thoughts: It's evident that the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai is doing many things right. When you have team members like Jai, Gauri, and countless others who show such dedication and passion for service, it is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I not only left as a satisfied customer but also as an ardent fan.

The hotel is conveniently located a short 02-minute walking from the -railway station. The hotel was near and conveniently located. It is a busy hotel with lot of business travelers, and families staying here. Attended an event in the hotel and hence chose to stay there and the decision was he right one. Comfortable cisy room. Technology well adapted with digital key entry for room. Service and food was awesome. Sure to stay again on my next trip
