Customer service 10/10 We loved the included breakfast buffet, one less thing to worry about. The hotel organised the taxi for us from the airport and told us where the best spots to go were. After three nights we became very familiar with the staff and miss them a lot! They cleaned the rooms nicely everyday. The location was also very safe and walking distance to Vatican City. I would say it is worth staying here over a place in the CBD because for the same if not less price you get a better quality accommodation, better customer service and safe location.

We absolutely loved the hotel! It's a hidden gem in Trastevere, just a 7-minute walk from the incredible nightlife of this Roman neighborhood. However, this property is an oasis of peace and beauty. The room was extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was exquisite. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended excellent dining options and even assisted us in booking some transfers. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

Breakfast in the small garden was perfect. The rooms were so comfortable (very comfortable bed, perfect temperature with AC despite the heat outside). And the building is incredible. We loved it.

Super location and lovely staff. Self check-in is also really easy from your mobile device. Cleanliness is great too which is something I'm iffy about. It is perfect if all you want is a comfortable place to rest on your vacation after a long busy day - location is the best attribute!
