    Location is good, just 10 mins walk from Bolzano train station. The property is spacious, with a large living room. The facilities are well equipped. The host is also responsible. However, the rules of using these facilities seem too strict, we see warning notices on the wall inside the property almost everywhere... Otherwise, I would have given 9 out of 10.

    Very easy check-in, and the location is close to the Bolzano train station, which is our base for hiking in Dolomites over the past few days without a car. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

    The apartment is huge, and we didn't realise when booking that there's also a huge balcony/patio with the room. It's also very modern as you'll see when you turn on the lights/fans etc. Staff are really friendly, kind and helpful. Palais Hortenberg is a 10min walk from Bolzano train stations and in the middle of all the shops, resturants and cafés.
