The personal was welcoming, I had some good chat with the night receptionist and the lady in the restaurant was also very friendly. The breakfast was really nice, I could smell baked bread in my room early in the morning. The room was very cleean. The train station was a 5 min walk away and the accommodation was on a walking street full of cafes, eateries and shops. It was a 10 min walk to the city center and maybe 15 min to the Piazza dei Miracoli. It was a bit noisy at night as there was life on the streets but we slept surprisingly well.
