The hotel staff were friendly, upon checking in, they offered us an upgrade. When we got into our room, there were two bathrobes and slippers for us on the bed, drinks in the fridge and two bottles of wine. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there were tea making facilities as well. It is also very centrally located, right beside the main train station and metro and about a 20 minute walk from the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.

The location is perfect, its around 5 min walk from the central station and you can walk around and see the sight see by walking, the reception guy flo was very helpfully he is very welcoming and gives me many tips to make my trip to rome joyfully also omar was very helpfully, if i come again to rome sure ill stay at you terrace hotel

We were greeted by the most amazing native Roman receptionist ever - Fabrizio Forno, who made this experience unforgettable! With his bubbly personality and immense knowledge of Rome, he immediately told us the best spots in Rome, while also giving us a detailed history and the stories behind many of the historical places in this great city. Each conversation was an absolute pleasure and we found ourselves talking to him for hours about various topics! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, close to the main train and metro station Termini, so each trip is easy to organize. The rooms were clean, well kept, with really good air conditioning, and all the staff was absolutely delightful. If you ever consider visiting Rome, I highly recommend staying here (and asking if Fabrizio is around to say hi).

amazing stay in Camplus hotel for 2 nights. the room was modern, clean and equipped with everything you might need. I loved the location as it´s 10 min walk from Termini central railway station, so you don´t need to take any transport after you arrive from the airport or in case you would like to take a train to another city. also it´s close to the city center and it´s a walkable distance. the view from the window was phenomenal, i´ve never experienced something like this,pure beauty and history. the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. i appreciate their extra support, they really care about your stay. Also you don´t have to pay extra fees for late check in or early check out as it tends to be a common practice in Rome. but it´s not the case for this hotel

All needed stuffs and kits were set inside like staying at the hotel. The owner is very kind and cute, she gifted us 2 caps for staying with them. The instructions for entering the property were also clear, and you can contact the hostels if you need anything else. In addition, location is perfect because is 10 minutes walking from the Coliseo and the Colosseo train station, 3 minutes walking from the tram stop and 20 minutes of the Roma Termini station by bus.

    The host was exceptional. He frequently checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The room is local Roma Termini (train terminal) and within an easy 10-15 minute walk, even with luggage. We explored Rome and the room was centrally located and with walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

    Excellent hotel in a great location. 1/4 mile to Roma Termini and all other transportation. The front desk explained everything about our room and even showed us the room features. They also helped us with dining and visiting questions. After entering main door, 1st right and 1st left brings you to the reception. Room was perfect with excellent a/c and a refrigerator with water bottles. Room cleaned daily. Definitely would stay there again.

    The breakfast is always good, a variety of different items to choose from…unlimited American coffee.👍 Friendly and helpful staff…😁 Stayed here on several vacations…very close to Roma Termini. A few restaurants are across and down the street from Hotel Igea, which is convenient for dining in the evening.

    Good location next to Roma termini. We did not meet with the owner in person when check-in and check out but they were helpful and communicated with us through whatsapp, giving us the codes to enter the building, access the lift and enter to the apartment. The room was set up nicely and we could leave our luggages before check in time in the room.

    Alfredo was really a wonderful host! He gave us many recommendations and was readily available for advice. The apartment was clean, has an elevator, and is in a great location in Rome! It's about a 30 minute walk to many of the sites (Colosseum, Vatican, etc) and easily accessible via bus from the train station (Roma Termini).

    Stefano is an excellent host. We arrived from a cruise ship and had travelled from Civitavecchia to Roma Termini. We had a bit of a delay in getting to the Argentina Apartment Roof View, but Stefano waited for us. The location is fantastic and is an easy walk to all of the top destinations. Stefano provided great recommendations. The apartment is exactly as described. Having two bathrooms and two beds was perfect for three adults. I would absolutely stay here again.
