Property gave us an upgrade free of cost, it is very chic and modern despite the exterior of the building. There are multiple levels of security to enter, making this a safe property. The staff is very courteous and easily approachable.

The staff was amazing, special thank to Roberto and Ariana for their kindness and help, they were available 24/7 Emplacement was pretty good, parking was available near the hotel (1min) but a bit expensive Rooms are spacious, clean and well equiped Breakfast in the coffee near the hotel was good with multiple choice and a nice staff

The room was fabulous and spacious and clean and perfect for a family of 4. The view onto the street was class. Its a busy street but you couldn't hear anything at night. It tucked away behind a big door in a lovely courtyard up a few stair or classic elevator - its charming! The breakfast was lovely. The staff were fabulous - Genarro and Camilla and Lucia couldn't do enough for us. Your slap bang in the middle of the Historic Quarter - a few mins walk from Via Toledo and fabulous restaurants a few meters away..

The location is superb, right in at the heart of the city. Close to everything. Breakfast was nice and staff were super nice!
