Everything: - first thing the staff, Probably one of the best staff in the hotels I have stayed in. Constantly attentive, saying hello to all customers, always smiling from receptions to the chef. Hotel has a terrace with a great view of the mountains, and many nice amenities, like the game room and the reading room. People working there were all very nice and helpful. SPA was definitely a plus, especially after a day of hiking the Alps. Room was a nice size and clean.
