Very kind personel, lovely hotel, tasty breakfast! There were umbrellas which were very useful on rainy days and the receptionist found us an heater when we felt cold in the bathroom.

The staff were attentive. And there were many small little things the staff did for us. Like put goodnight chocolate in our room every night. The welcome drink was great. The refilling of the mini bar was awesome.

The hotel was newly renovated and very clean! Very spacious room and the hotel provides very thoughtful facilities such as coin laundry which was very useful for a 2 week Italy road trip! The amenities were great. Staff was very kind and helpful!

    scheduled a private tour, our guide was an Art Restoration Specialist....she was SO knowledgeable. Made an appointment to review the archives, many people researching family history. Many of the books in their archives need to be digitalized to share with the world...entire volumes filled with hand written music never heard by the world. What a TREASURE for the world to have access to! Most of the treasures in this museum will probably never be seen (or heard). What a story from these walls.
