Excellent service (thank you, staff!), large room, twin beds, kettle, fridge, room service, amazing full breakfast, early morning coffee could be hotter. Taxis, tours, dining recommendations - we are an older couple with a cane. Great elevator too.

Room were big, nicely decorated with really nice bathroom. The staff was friendly, engaged, clearly focused on making our stay pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional. On par with what a Four Season hôtel would lay out for a Sunday brunch

Everything was perfect during my stay. The room is spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and also very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly, always communicating to see if everything was correct with the room and giving city and restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed all the free snacks and water bottles that were daily refreshed in my room.
