Our stay at your hotel in Milan was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we had during our entire trip to Italy. We simply can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting Milan. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. We were able to take the Route 60 bus directly from the train station, and it dropped us off right at the hotel's doorstep. This made our arrival and subsequent explorations of the city so much easier. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding staff. We'd like to extend a special thank you to Elton at the front desk. He went above and beyond by helping us check in an hour early, which was a huge convenience for our travel plans. He also inquired about our preferences and ended up replacing a big bed with two separate beds. He even personally escorted us to our room and insisted on helping with our luggage – a gesture we truly appreciated. Communication with the staff was consistently smooth and pleasant throughout our stay. Finally, the room itself was absolutely perfect. It felt brand new, was spotlessly clean, and impeccably tidy, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Great hotel, great location, just 10-15 min by foot and you are at the center…but apecial thank to stuff. Usually in Italy everething is very slow, but this stuff is very helpfull and fast, just ask something, and they will do….we ask reserve restorant, and stuff reserved in 5min, ask help with room heating, and they helped, ask make invoice and in evening in my @ i found INVOICE…special thank to Claire super, super helpfull!

Very fresh, modern and elegant hotel. People are friendly and very knowledgeable about Milan.
