The property is a high level hotel. The rooms are very nicely equipped, having a large TV and also a comfortable large double bed. Although the hotel is not centrally located they offer a free shuttle to and from Naples city center. Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

We had a great stay! Everybody was friendly and made our trip as comfortable as possible. Starting with our first contact with Front Office Manager Gisella until our check out everything was good. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good to start the day. The hotel was great to explore the city. We could walk to a lot of sightseeing spots and for wider distances we used the Metro in front of the hotel. It was also easy to reach the Station and get to Pompeii, Ercolano and the Vesuv.

    Other language tours including English starts, 10, 12, 14 hours, last 1 hours 25 mins. about 146 steps going up to the ground. 1 pound discount if you hold Artecard, so we paid 9 euros each. We booked English speaking tour at 11 am through their website. We were told no tour at that time even I got confirmation from them.
