The location is good, and the staff is the kindest, especially at the reception. I had a minor issue and they fixed it immediately, I don’t think many hotels would have been so efficient at that time late in the evening. We absolutely loved our stay here. We got there by taxi from Roma Termini and was a short drive. The hotel is situated walking distance from the Spanish steps and tons of shopping. The room was fantastic. We had the junior Suite (hotel gave us an upgrade for free!). The styling of the hotel was very modern and the amenities matched! It was so spacious. The room also had a super comfortable bed. Lastly, the tv allowed for easy streaming of our series and movie favorites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On our last day we had an early flight and they even packed us some to-go breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast, it is a must!
