Enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We came with a car and the parking was just across the street from the hotel. Upon arriving we were welcomed by the most polite and efficient staff. The room itself was clean and spacious and the painted walls added a touch of homely domesticity to an otherwise very professionally-run hotel. The breakfast spread was typical Tuscan fare. Kudos to the people running the place for keeping it as authentic as possible.

Fabulous location! One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Room was huge, shower was great. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Offering air-conditioned rooms, Hotel San Marco features a swimming pool. Lucca’s marvellous walls are 500 metres from the property and Porta San Jacopo are a short walk away. Parking is free.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, room was nice and clean. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxation and the pool great for a quick dip. Affordable bike rental at the hotel which we used twice. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent location, close to many sights and restaurants, yet very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. A small technical issue was quickly solved. A special mention for Gabriella, who was always smiling and ready to help. The old building is lovingly restored and stylishly decorated. The bed was very comfy, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Although it's not cheap, it's certainly value for money.
