It is situated on the 2nd floor (maybe 2 and a half) but the steps are small and manageable, even with luggage. Inside it was clean and orderly. Communication with the host was top notch and the instructions were easy to follow (everything is automated, even the door in the street). As a bonus we had views of a few of the nearby towers. The previous place used a key lock box which is much less personal. He was also very kind, helpful and informative 😊. The apartment was spotless, airy, quiet and so so close to Piazza Maggiore which was fabulous. Also it is well equipped with things like toilet paper, hand wash, olive oil, salt & pepper, coffee etc which is also fantastic and much appreciated. The apartment is a bit modest but well equipped with a small kitchenette and all that one needs to get by.
