We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room had been recently renovated - it was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was so clean and well-maintained. We also received coupons for complimentary welcome prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The room had a stunning view over the town, which made our stay even more special. Despite the large number of tourists in Sorrento, the hotel felt very calm and quiet - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location is amazing - just a short walk from Sorrento’s main attractions, and very close to the central station. It’s super convenient for catching a bus to the airport, Amalfi, or Positano, and for taking a train to Naples. Highly recommended!

The view across Sorrento to Mount Vesuvius was breathtaking. They provided an excellent breakfast that suited everyones taste. They also provided a great choice of evening meals. Even though the hotel was high above Sorrento it did not mean that you were isolated as the hotel provided a shuttle bus, which operated regularly; early enough to meet any early tours; late enough to enjoy a night out without rushing to meet the shuttle.

We liked everything, the hotel is fantastically located, in the heart of Sorrento, in a beautiful, large garden, full of beautiful flowers and plants. The hotel staff deserves the highest distinction, incredibly helpful. We received a beautiful room, so beautiful that we wondered for a long time whether to go into the city at all, it was so beautiful, full of authentic antiques, a terrace and such an extraordinary atmosphere. Perfect breakfast, comfortable bed, everything was perfect. We travel a lot, but this was one of the greatest hotels we have visited.

    Fantastic location, directly off Piazzo Tasso, could walk everywhere. Great views from our terrace, on one side the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, on the other directly into Piazza Tasso which, at night, is a hive of activity, lights and music. The staff were so kind and friendly, particularly the room cleaning ataff, lovely friendly ladies. If I had their names (2 of them) I'd name them.

    Loved everthing about this hotel. The location is a short walk from Piazza Tasso and the train station is just around the corner. The pool area is lovely, with drink service. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. I would recommend having lunch in the 5th floor restaurant. Daily cleaning service in the rooms, everything spotless. But most of all, the hotel staff were extremely pleasant, really lovely people.

    Perfect location! In walking distance of everything! we visited the old town , piazza Tasso, the beaches and the marina. Staff were so lovely and helpful and a lovely breakfast of croissants, coffee and juice every morning. The room was bright and clean and close to so many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defiantly stay again. Sorrento is stunning.

    The location is perfect. 10 min stroll into Piazza Tasso Sorrento or a few minutes down to Piazzetta Marinella Sant Agnello. The casa and grounds are beautiful. Everything is done to a high finish. Plenty of amenities provided in the room. Comfy bed and linens, great shower. Even though it's tucked off the busy main road and by the rail track, it very peaceful and quiet. Thoughtful breakfast laid out each morning. Alessandro is a wonderful host and nothing is an issue. We had such a great stay.

    We spent 4 nights and the location was spot on situated in the heart of Sorrento, close to Piazza Tasso, restaurants, shops and within walking distance to other attractions. Our room was spacious, clean and included a kitchenette if you felt like cooking in. We had the most amazing terrace with amazing views. Our hosts were accommodating and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

    B&B Giacomino was an easy and comfortable stay for us as a base to explore Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The location was great, on the quieter end of Corso Italia but not far at all from Piazza Tasso, the station, and the port. There’s also a great bar (caffè) next door we enjoyed going to for breakfast. The room was spacious and all the facilities clean. The beds were comfortable (on the firmer side which we liked). The A/C worked well and it was nice and quiet. Francesco was very friendly and helpful!
