The staff was exceptionally communicative and friendly and was there around the clock. They even have a patio for smokers, so you don't have to stand on the pavement.

The hotel is close to the mestre train station. You can go see the around of mestre, local shops etc. We made daily trips to inside of venice and returned back easily. The room was very spacious and clean. Has mini fridge and air conditioning. Staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
