Palazzo Cartari is a wonderful place. It was a joy to stay there. Perhaps most notably, the staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They all speak excellent English. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Palermo. My room was stylish, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully equipped. The breakfast was varied and excellent. There are lots of restaurants close by, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the Ballarò Market for a wonderful lunch of Palermo's famous street foods. If you want to be close to the historic center when visiting Palermo and its innumerable interests. I can't imagine a better place.

    I really loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, plenty of closet space to hang my clothes, coffee and even some sweets waiting for me. The location is great—just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and Quattro Canti. I didn’t get to meet the host in person, but he was extremely kind and sent me helpful recommendations for restaurants and even a taxi when I arrived late.

    Undoubtedly the location of the apartment was excellent with literally a five minute walk to reach the Cathedral and subsequently a short walk to reach Quattro Canti. The apartment was very spacious and each bedroom had a small balcony with a view of the Cathedral. The air conditioning was effective and the wi fi worked well.

    The apartment is located in the center of Historic Palermo with Quattro Canti in view. There were great views over the city, no need to go to Cathedral roof. The furniture and decoration was visually opulent, quite a change from usual accommodation.

    The unit was fitted out new so was clean and comfortable with lovely decor. Alberto was an excellent host, always available to answer questions. The location was central to Quattro Canti and all the lovely restaurants.

    Nice little tidy place, with a great balcony. Kitchen is also very good. Location is great, at Kalsa which is roughly 5-10 minutes walking to Palermo Centrale, Quattro Canti, Ballaro. It’s a local place, so you get to experience the life of Palermitans. There are plenty of bars and restoraunts around the apartment. Roberta was also very responsive and attentative. I would recommend this apartment for your Palermo stay :)

    Location good, but obviously noisy till late at night as it was in the heart of Quattro Canti. Room clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable and bathroom really big and modern. There was a safe and a fridge. Air conditioning good as it was very hot when we were there we really needed it.

    Spacious comfortable apartment, well equipped and a fine terrace with a view of the mountains. Quiet location but close to most popular sights Quattro Canti, Palermo Cathedral, Via Roma etc and right Qvivi and Bollicine bars. My neighbour in Dublin is going there in September on my recommendation 😀
