It was a great stay. The location is perfect (15 minutes walk or less from all places of interest), and the staff was very nice. Really good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The decor and ambiance are really cool.

    This church is much more interesting than the Duomo (...

    This church is much more interesting than the Duomo (although the outside of the Duomo is impossible to beat!). It is a very large church and has extensive grounds and tombs. Although we had been to Florence a number of times, we had never been inside because every time we were in that area, the church was closed.

    Location was exceptional, less than 10 minutes walk to major attractions, close to Santa Maria Novella station, restaurants, markets and supermarket. The apartment is situated in a typical 15th C florentine building, you can feel the history all around. Bedrooms very comfortable with quality bed linen.

    1. A shout out to Max who was excellent and helpful. He not only gave clear instructions to the property but was ever so responsive to our requests . 2. Location -walking distance to Firenze Santa Maria Novella or if you prefer you can take the tram that is also nearby . 3. Comfortable living space and they gave 2 sets of keys which was good.

    Nice hotel, lobby, facilities. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with eggs, fruit, pastries, etc. Location is in a quiet area, with easy access to the hop on hop off bus just outside and some attractions. Santa Maria Novella translation is about a 10-15 mi walk. Some restaurants in the area but not too many options. We enjoyed our stay.

    We loved this apartment, a short walk from Santa Maria Novella station, or the tram that runs straight past the front door. We had an issue with the WiFi not working, but Letizia was quick to sort out a solution. The apartment is very spacious, we used the 2 bedrooms, the sofa was left as a lounge which gave us extra room to relax.
