Customer service 10/10 We loved the included breakfast buffet, one less thing to worry about. The hotel organised the taxi for us from the airport and told us where the best spots to go were. After three nights we became very familiar with the staff and miss them a lot! They cleaned the rooms nicely everyday. The location was also very safe and walking distance to Vatican City. I would say it is worth staying here over a place in the CBD because for the same if not less price you get a better quality accommodation, better customer service and safe location.

I found this hotel in 2019. This trip with friends is probably my sixth time staying at this hotel. It is in a great location. Breakfast is good, the staff is very nice and we really enjoy the Borgo Pio is a fantastic neighborhood.

Borghese Contemporary Hotel, renewed this spring 2023, is set in the heart of historic Rome, in the heart the popular shopping area around the Spanish Steps. It features a pretty inner courtyard.

It was a really enjoyable stay in this hotel with good location and good food, the staffs were quite nice, the room was clean.

Location is perfect. Room is "just what you need". Breakfast very good. But what really made the difference were the gentlemen from Reception Desk : Marco, Leonardo and Roberto. Outstanding service.
